Marty Mutti ��" The most well known man in Cowley County, serving KSOK Radio for the past 25 years as morning show host, and overall man of the land. Marty is the Co-Owner of Cowley County Broadcasting. Serving his community for nearly a quarter of a century, Marty knows the ins and outs of this entire area, and has a vast knowledge of everything Cowley.

Bill Docking ��" William R. (Bill) Docking is Chairman and CEO of Union State Bank. In Arkansas City, he is Treasurer of the Community Health Foundation and is active in Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce. In 2006, he completed 20 years of service as an Advisory Director of the Cowley County Salvation Army, and as a long list of accomplishments to boot.

Larry Hatteberg ��" A legend in the broadcasting and journalism field, Larry has been reporting not only in the greater Wichita area, for well over 40 years, but he also grew up in Winfield and graduated from Winfield High School. He has been with KAKE TV since 1963 and has also been awarded over 100 awards in the field of broadcasting. He’s held nearly every position in the KAKE newsroom and currently co-anchors KAKE News at Five.
