Jerry W. Mills was found guilty of four sex-related crimes in a hastily arranged court appearance Tuesday morning. Mills, 51, accepted a plea agreement that had been offered quite some time ago, Cowley County Attorney Chris Smith said.

Family of the victims had previously given their consent to the agreement.
