Three Department Head Positions Cut at Cowley County Mental Health Thursday
Reorganization and cost cutting efforts continued at Cowley County Mental Health and Counseling Center Thursday.
The organization has eliminated three department head positions, multiple sources confirmed. Gone are the risk manager, CBS director and IT director, who also managed transportation and maintenance.
