Female Student Reports Man Exposed Himself at Southwestern College



Local authorities are looking for a man said to have exposed himself to a student looking out the window of the Cole Hall dormitory at Southwestern College early Tuesday.

Around 1:30 a.m., Winfield police were called to the college campus in Winfield in response to the report of a man with "his pants down around his ankles," according to chief Danny Parker. Campus security and police looked for a suspect but could not find anyone.
