Taggart Wall - the youngest person ever to hold the office of mayor in Winfield - has announced he will not be seeking reelection to the city commission this spring. Wall, 23, said he intends to focus more on his career in public administration.
He is currently serving an internship under Ark City manager Nick Hernandez and would like to eventually become a city manager, too.
