Four people were arrested on drug charges and a room at an Ark City motel was searched as part of an investigation that began with a traffic stop Tuesday, according to a statement from police.
It began when an officer pulled a woman over in the 100 block of North A after it was determined she had an active warrant through municipal court in Ark City. Kassi S. McBride, the driver, was taken into custody on failure to appear warrants and for driving with a suspended license.
