An area man is facing drug – and possibly theft – charges after being arrested late last week as part of an investigation into scrap metal theft in rural Cowley County.
Alan Wesley Lewman, 34, who is listed as being without a residence, was arrested and is facing drug charges that include possession of meth. His bond was set at $11,000 and he remained in jail Tuesday morning, according to local authorities.
