On Sunday the 29th of July, 2012, Officers were dispatched to the 1300 blk. of North 1st Street to check the welfare of a child. What started out as a check up turned into a multiple arrest.
It was learned that reporting party, Seth Travis Holladay, 34 of Winfield, had an active warrant through the Arkansas City Municipal Court. Upon further investigation it was found that Seth Travis Holladay was under the influence of methamphetamine.
His child, a 4 year old girl of Winfield, was placed under protective police custody and taken to Juvenile Intake. Halladay was arrested and charged with an Ark City Municipal Court Warrant, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.
Jessica Senn, 23 of the above address, was also charged with an Ark City Municipal Warrant, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment. Her child, a two year old boy, was also taken into police protective custody and released to her aunt.
Both Jessica Senn and Seth Holladay were taken to the Cowley County Jail on these charges.
