Saving the tax payers money. Residents need to take some responsiblity for keeping mosquitos at bay.

^, This will save us nothing as far as our tax dollar goes... They will spend it somewhere else... Sounds to me like this is a stunt to save the city $, the old city manager never had a problem with spraying... Ark City has done it for years, with no cases of any problems it has caused with people with asthma or any issues like that... Again, just sounds like a corporate $ saving move, nothing to do with the people, just $, and the city manager is just using this corporate sounding letter to fill us with bs, and the residents pay enough in tax $, that they should not have to take the added responsibility lynn...
