Despite the heat that we are currently experiencing, October is just around the corner and the Agri-Smart Planning Committee is diligently working to plan our second annual Agri-Smart workshop scheduled for October 4 and 5 at the Barns at Timber Creek, in Winfield, Kansas. The Agri-Smart workshop was developed as a way to bring together business owners and entrepreneurs in our area to receive information and the tools they need to start or grow their ag-based tourism, experiential, or value-added business.
This year we are very excited to have Scott Meyer with 9 Clouds, a social media marketing firm based out of South Dakota, joining us to inform our attendees on various ways to market their business or product with little to no cost.
